Before Your Flight
Before your trip, please remember the following:
- Before going to the airport
- Your baggage will be subject to the accumulated frustration and anger of ramp agents and baggage handlers. Thus, pack your fragile, valuable and expensive items into your carry-on bag. Use common sense.
- Unless otherwise specified in charter contract, the baggage limit for each passenger is 2 checked baggage items with a combined maximum weight of 32kg, plus one carry-on bag. Carry-on bags must fit certain size/weight requirements, and may not contain hazardous materials.
- If you require special meals (kosher, vegan, live meat, etc), please advise your travel agent.
- At the airport
- Use common sense. Be at the check-in desk no later than an hour before your scheduled departure. That way, you're almost certain not to miss the flight.
- Have your travel documents at hand throughout your stay at the airport terminal.
- Do not consume drugs or alcoholic beverages in quantities that you cannot handle. Airline personnel has the right to refuse boarding to passengers who behave in a way that poses hazard to themselves and/or surrounding people.
